As your Coordinator we make sure everything runs smoothly. We will take care of anything that has been forgotten or missed. We don’t just turn up on the day, we will work with you throughout your planning, so everything runs smoothly. You won’t have to worry that your sister is picking up the cake or the best man will put the games and furniture out. Unfortunately, as much as we love them it doesn’t always happen and if it does it’s not always to your standards.

• In person consultations

• Up to 10 hours On The Day Coordination

• Advice and guidance throughout your planning

• Contact with all contracted vendors prior to the event

• Site visit prior to rehearsal

• Presence at the wedding rehearsal

• On the day run sheet created and supplied to vendors and bridal party

• Two staff members present on the day of the wedding

• Main point of contact for vendors, guests, and family on the day

• Oversee the setup, styling and delivery of all items

• Place any signage, guest book, cameras etc that need competing

• Direct Bridal party for timings.

• Cue musicians/DJ for ceremony and dance

• Coordinate the changeover from ceremony to reception if required

• Problem solving and crisis aversion on the day or days leading up to the wedding if any issues arise.
